GENERAL INFORMATION

Mukuba University shall recognize a student as an individual who has duly registered for a specific programme of study at the commencement of an Academic Year, and paid the prescribed minimum and other related fees in full.

To be eligible, every applicant who accepts an offer of admission into the University becomes liable for the payment of his or her fees as determined by the University Senate.

MUKUBA UNIVERSITY 2019 ADMISSIONS - FIRST PHASE

This serves to notify the underlisted prospective students that Mukuba University Admissions and Regulations Committee Meeting held on 14th February, 2019 approved on behalf of Senate for the 2019 Academic Year.

Applicants can collect their admission letters in the first week of March, 2019.

MUKUBA UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR

Mukuba University invites for applications from Zambians wishing to contest for various scholarships at the University for the 2019/2020 Academic Year, which commences in May, 2019.

Furthermore, the University is pleased to announce that beginning with the 2019/2020 academic year, first year students of mukuba University will be considered for the GRZ Higher Education Loans and scholarships.

VISIT BY FORMER MUKUBA UNIVERSITY STUDENT

On 30th August, 2018, Mukuba University alumni and Acting Country Manager of Pearson Longman Zambia, Mr. Mabvuto Zulu visited the university. Mr. Zulu was a student of Mukuba University from 1996 to 1998. After touring the University, Mr. Zulu had this to say: "This institution has been known to produce the best teachers, and I am very impressed to see such a transformation (in infrastructure) currently taking place. Management is doing a great job, and I urge them to keep it up."

Mukuba University alumni and Acting Country Manager of Pearson Longman Zambia, Mr. Mabvuto Zulu visits Mukuba University, where he was a student between 1996 and 1998.

Mukuba University Assistant Registrar - HRA, Mr. J. T. Chishete receives a donation of books from Mr. Zulu on behalf of Mukuba University.

UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES

The University Clinic is now operating 24 hours following an agreement with Kitwe District Health Office. The Clinic was established with a view of ensuring access to health care for the University community. Over the years, the clinic has evolved into the University Health Services with an increase in the level and scope of services on offer.

HIGHER EDUCATION MINISTER'S VISIT TO MUKUBA UNIVERSITY

On 8th July 2018 the Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Nkandu Luo visted Mukuba University to commission the refurbished University Hall, newly procured vehicles and new Clinic. After seing the developments at Mukuba, the minister remarked "I expected to find change, but i am very impressed with the level of change i have found " - Hon. Professor Nkandu Luo
